We are RPE GROUP also known as RPE-Engineering, Engineering &
Contractor Companies for oil and gas industry immediately looking for
Simengaris Project in Tarakan :
1. HR Staff
€ ¦· Bachelor degree (Psychology) from reputable university.
€ ¦· Have knowledge and understanding in Recruitment,Training &
Development, Industrial Relation, Organization & People Development,
Compensation & Benefit, General Affairs and Indonesia Labor Laws &
Regulation
€ ¦· Support the HR function such as recruitment, training
administration, insurance and staff welfare etc.
€ ¦· Confident, self-reliant, high integrity,trustworthy and
consistent
€ ¦· The candidate must have good oral and written communication
skills with pleasant disposition, proficient in MS office and IT savvy
2. Jr. PPC Engineer
€ ¦· Min. 1 years experience as PPC Engineer in oil& gas industry
€ ¦· Having experience to handle fabrication and construction
project.
€ ¦· Familiar with Microsoft Project, Primavera and other related
software.
€ ¦· Have good analytical & communication skill.
€ ¦· Ability to work in team or individually
€ ¦· Highly motivated, self directed and self starter
