PT Pacific Fiber Indonesia is one Multinational Company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East Kalimantan Area. We invite professionals and dynamics people who are ready to be located at Balikpapan or Site forestry and fill those positions:
1. TAX OFFICER (TX-OFC)
The successful candidate will be familiar to handle all tax administration such as calculation and payment of all taxes also prepare annual income tax, PPN, PPh etc.
Requirements:
¨ Age Max. 30 years old
¨ Bachelor degree in Accounting or Tax.
¨ Minimum 2 years experience in the same positions.
¨ Good knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations.
¨ Willing to work at Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
2. FINANCE OFFICER (FA-OFC)
The successful candidate will be familiar to handle both issues petty cash, cash advances, bank upload & booking, operation budget, finance report monthly and yearly, check and control account payable and account receivable.
Requirements:
¨ Age Max. 30 years old
¨ Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
¨ Minimum 2 years experienced as Finance Officer or Cashier in Plantation Company or Manufacturing Industry.
¨ Willing to work at Balikpapan or Malinau, East Kalimantan.
3. AUDITOR (AD)
The successful candidate will be familiar to handle audit activities such as plan, monitor and report with strong organization and communication skill.
Requirements:
¨ Age max. 35 years old.
¨ Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting with GPA 3.0.
¨ Minimum 3 years experience in the same positions.
¨ Good skills in Accounting, Tax, computer and SAP software.
¨ Willing to work at Balikpapan and traveling to all area.
4. LEAD AUDITOR (LAD)
The successful candidate will be familiar to handle sub ordinate and audit activities such as plan, monitor and report with strong organization and communication skill.
Requirements:
¨ Age max. 38 years old.
¨ Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting with GPA 3.0.
¨ Minimum 3 years experience in the same positions.
¨ Good skills in Accounting, Tax, computer and SAP software.
¨ Willing to work at Balikpapan and traveling to all area.
5. SAFETY OFFICER (SF-OFC)
The successful candidate will be familiar to handle all safety activities, such us investigation, administration and operations of Heavy Equipment & Logging Truck also Chip Mill Operation.
Requirements:
¨ Age Max. 30 years old
¨ Minimum D-III from any engineering major or Occupational Health and Safety.
¨ Minimum 2(two) years experience as Safety Officer in Project, HTI, Forestry Industries, manufacturing or heavy equipment.
¨ Having certificate Ahli K3 Umum.
¨ Willing to work at Kenangan, PPU, East Kalimantan based.
6. QMS/ISO SUPERINTENDENT (QMS-SUPT)
The successful candidate will be an expert to develop, manage, maintain and certification the Quality Management System, and ensure its implementation comply with ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001. To manage internal and third party audits in term of Quality & Environmental Management System and ensure the customer complaints processes are meeting to customer needs and satisfaction for strategic customer or critical complaints.
Requirements:
¨ Age Max. 35 years old
¨ Bachelor Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Environment or related.
¨ Min. 3 years experience as QMS Superintendent.
¨ Experience as MR and having certificate as ISO Auditor.
¨ Experience to handle AMDAL, internal audit processes and external audit for ISO Certification.
¨ Willing to work at Kenangan, PPU, East Kalimantan based.
7. HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC SUPERVISOR (HEM-SUPV)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle (TR) Maintenance with strong computer, leadership and organization skills. The position involves monitoring HE & TR maintenance programs with special emphasis on critical machinery ie, main engine, auxiliary engines, hydraulics etc: reviewing fuel oil and lub oil analysis reports and recommending action plan to the HE & TR; monitoring critical spare part inventory on each Units.
REQUIREMENTS:
Male, age max. 35 years old.
Minimum Diploma degree in Technical Machine.
Minimum of 3 years experience as HE & TR Mechanic Supervisor.
Willing to work at Kenangan, PPU, East Kalimantan based.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
¨ Good interpersonal skill, honest, discipline, initiative, team-work, self-motivated and dynamic.
¨ Good Communication in English both oral and written and Computer Literate (Mandarin skills is preferred for point 1-4).
