Esco is recruiting the best people for our Bintan (Kepulauan Riau) office:
Mechanical / Refrigeration Engineer
Responsibilities
* Analyze, design, develop and enhance thermal control and refrigeration systems with support from Esco USA R&D
* Provide technical support to manufacturing / production line to sustain existing products and production processes including development of improvement plans with support from Esco USA R&D
* Specifically, analyze, develop and implement production and testing processes with a focus on evacuation, charging, and testing to improve product quality and performance
* Work in a cross functional team consisting of Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded Hardware/Software and Manufacturing Engineers, to take a Marketing Specification from prototype design, development, integration, testing, evaluation, documentation, manufacturing process development, pilot run/beta test, to being ready for Mass Production
* Develop and sustain product documentation, test procedures, test reports/results, and others
* Perform or direct tasks in support of new product development efforts such as drafting, literature, research, prototype fabrication, experiments, testing, etc.
Requirements
* Minimum Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, some thermodynamics background preferred
* Knowledge of refrigeration theory, practices and production methods would be a plus
* Able to work in a team cross cultures, across functions and disciplines
* Good written and spoken English
* Must have a strong interest in refrigeration and R&D
* Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
